Macarena Club
Barcelona
Macarena Club is a tiny, highly focused house and techno club in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, active since 2001. The official site presents it as one of Barcelona's most respected music clubs, with daily programming built around local labels, international selectors and new talent, while RA describes it as an intimate house and techno club in the heart of the Gotic. Its small-room format is a feature, not a weakness: it works as a close-pressure dancefloor rather than a large venue.
