Humboldthain Club

Berlin

Humboldthain Club is a music and cultural venue in Berlin's Wedding district. The project began in March 2013 and developed partly from the former Café Zapata at Tacheles. Its operator describes a place for concerts, parties and exhibitions, with a garden that also hosts activities such as table tennis. Electronic nights include techno and house, with local collectives and visiting organisers presenting their own programmes. Documented gatherings can use outdoor and indoor spaces, including events that move from a daytime garden session into the club. The complete running order identifies the different selections and rooms. The venue's community and arts activity extends beyond one recurring party format. Use its current programme for the artists, spaces in use and admission arrangements. Opening times vary with the booking, and garden access should be checked with the particular event rather than assumed for every club night.
