Flash is an electronic music club and bar at 645 Florida Avenue Northwest in Washington, D.C. Opened in 2013, it combines the Club Level, ground-floor Flash Bar and rooftop Green Room within one venue. The operator describes the Club Level as acoustically treated and equipped with a custom Funktion-One installation.
