Doka is an underground sound bar and intimate club space in the basement of Volkshotel on Wibautstraat. Volkshotel describes Doka as a place where subcultures unite and where young talents and established artists push sound into the night, while Resident Advisor calls it an underground and intimate sound bar where nightlife, music and culture meet. It should be seeded as core, but as a sound-bar and cultural club rather than a large rave warehouse: Doka is valuable for its intimate programming, residents, hi-fi identity and leftfield house and electronic focus.
