Terms of Service
These Terms explain how the public alpha works: discovering electronic music events and venues, participating in the scene, managing listings and keeping private spaces safe.

Operator and free public alpha
Operated by Andrzej Mikulicz, Boizenburger Str. 5, 12619 Berlin, Germany. Contact: hello@ravemeapp.com.
The alpha is open without invitations and currently free, without advertisements, paid accounts or commissions. Public browsing does not require an account. An account is required for personal and restricted features. Future Pro, Venue or advertising products are not activated by accepting these alpha terms.
Accounts and event age rules
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We ask you to confirm this when registering, including when a social sign-in would create a new account. Do not create an account if you are under 16. Creating an account or using participation features means accepting these Terms. Public map browsing does not require an account. RaveMeApp does not set one blanket 18+ entry rule for every event. An organizer or venue may set an event-specific minimum age and may check eligibility at the door. Check the official event information before attending. Users must follow applicable law and the access rules for the event they join.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials and activity. Keep account information accurate and do not impersonate another person, venue, organizer, artist or brand.
RaveMeApp Is Not the Organizer
RaveMeApp helps users discover events, venues and scene context. Unless explicitly stated, RaveMeApp is not the organizer, promoter, host, venue operator or seller for any event shown in the product.
Showing an event on our map, in search or on a profile does not mean that we organize, certify, guarantee or sponsor it. Ticket sales and their terms are set by the identified seller; event operation, entry decisions, cancellations, refunds and event-specific age or safety rules are matters for the organizer, venue or seller as applicable. A link out of RaveMeApp does not make us a party to that transaction. Verify time, place, access conditions, price and the responsible organizer with an official source before making plans.
User Events and Signals
Users may create or submit event, venue and scene signals. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights connected to anything you submit.
System-Sourced Events
RaveMeApp may display event or venue information from official sources, venue pages, user submissions or system-sourced records. Details may change and should be checked with the official source before making plans.
Unclaimed artist directory entries can be assembled from public listings and profile links. They are not artist registrations or endorsements. If an entry is wrong, use the correction contact and include its URL.
Venue and Event Claims
Claims must be truthful and made only by people authorized to represent the venue, organizer, artist or event. Claims may be rejected, corrected, limited or removed if they are misleading, unverifiable or abusive.
Private Raves and Location Privacy
Private or limited-access listings may use approximate or delayed location reveal modes. Do not expose private addresses, access codes, invite details or location unlock information without authorization.
Organizer Responsibility
A person who organizes an event is responsible for the event they run, including required permissions, a lawful venue or location, capacity, admission rules, safety arrangements, changes and cancellation notices, and any ticketing or refund duties that apply to them. A person submitting a listing is responsible for having the right to submit its text, images and links, and for keeping the information they provide accurate and not misleading. A listing must not falsely imply that a venue, artist or RaveMeApp endorses the event.
RaveMeApp remains responsible for its own service and for handling reports and other obligations imposed on it by applicable law. These Terms do not shift those obligations to organizers or users.
Prohibited Content and Actions
- Fake events, scams, spam or misleading listings.
- Harassment, hate, threats, targeted abuse or discriminatory conduct.
- Promotion of illegal activity, unsafe behavior or dangerous instructions.
- Doxxing, exposing private information or misusing location details.
- False venue, organizer, artist or event claims.
- Automated abuse, security probing or attempts to disrupt the product.
Moderation, Reports and Blocking
RaveMeApp may review reports, remove content, reduce visibility, reject claims, restrict messaging, block access, suspend accounts or take other safety actions where needed under these Terms or applicable law. We consider the context and severity of a report; a report alone does not establish that content is unlawful or that an account should be restricted. You can report content or ask for a review of a moderation decision through Support.
We assess reports in context and aim to act proportionately. If a listing or account is restricted, you can request review using the affected URL or decision reference. Safety restrictions on private location or access may remain in place while that review is pending. The Community Guidelines explain the main content rules.
User Content and License
You keep rights to content you submit. You grant RaveMeApp a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, technically adapt and display that content only as needed to provide the features you choose, including publication and sharing within the service. This license ends when the content is removed from the service, subject to copies already shared with other users and lawful retention. It does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to use your content in advertising.
Disclaimers and Liability
RaveMeApp is an alpha service and may change or be temporarily unavailable. Event details, venue status, access rules and external links may change; check important details with the organizer. We do not promise that an event will take place or that information supplied by others is always complete or current. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
Changes to the alpha and these Terms
Features may change as the alpha develops. Material changes to these Terms will be published here with an updated date and communicated to account holders where appropriate. Paid Pro, Venue, advertising or commission features would require separate information and terms before they become available; these Terms do not authorize a future charge.
Termination and Support
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, safety concerns or legal requirements. Contact support@ravemeapp.com for support.
For deletion and privacy rights, see Account Deletion and the Privacy Policy. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory law, that law prevails.
